RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in Nässjö municipality, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for providing high-quality health and medical care. You will have a varied job where you, among other things, make medical assessments, manage medications, and provide advice and support to nursing staff. You assess, plan, execute, evaluate, and document health and medical care interventions based on each patient's conditions, wishes, and needs. A good relationship with relatives is also an important and natural part of your work. You have overall responsibility for somatic care and are expected to prioritize and delegate tasks. You are ultimately responsible for medication management and nursing documentation. You document the interventions in Combine.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply are a licensed nurse who wants to advance in your career. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with geriatrics, elderly care, or home health care. You are used to working independently and collaborate well with colleagues, nursing staff, and other professionals.

Important qualities we value in you are that you easily empathize with others' situations and you need to have good collaborative skills. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well. You have good experience with IT-based journal systems and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The working hours are scheduled during the day on weekdays, with evening and weekend work. A driver's license is required.
